1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at powerboxtech.com (the "Site") operated by PowerBox Technology, Inc. ("PowerBox," "we," "us," or "our"), and your enrollment in operational notifications described in Section 10 (SMS Terms). By accessing or using the Site, or by enrolling in SMS notifications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are a customer using the PowerBox Energy Management Platform ("EMP") under a separate signed services or subscription agreement, your use of the EMP itself is governed by that agreement. These Terms apply to the public Site and to the SMS notification program described below, and do not replace the terms of any separate services agreement.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product names, and the PowerBox name and marks — are owned by PowerBox Technology, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own informational, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
5. Service Availability
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or free of interruptions, errors, or delays, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
6. Third-Party Services

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
